Door Write-up
Door Project Over the past weeks I have learnt how to use different softwares to help me with my door project. I have definitley gained confidence in using blender and i'm now able to use basic tools and modifications to create 3D models. Out of the themes of doors I had in mind, I chose to make a sci-fi door. This is because when playing games, I always like any sci fi looking door as I think they are unique and most have them have cool way of opening that is different from other doors. For this project, the first thing I did was research sci fi door and got different designs for inspiration. For my final choice, I merged some of the ideas of doors I had seen and also added added my own creations. I then drew 4 initial ideas using a wacom tablet, this was my first time using a digital tablet and took a while for me to get used to since its not like your normal paper and pencil.
